By accessing our website, engaging our NEET admission advisors, or utilizing our seat counseling services, you agree to comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Scope of Service

Education Odisha provides expert educational consultancy and medical admission counseling for private MBBS, BDS, BAMS, and BHMS colleges across Odisha, West Bengal, Uttar Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, and Puducherry. Our scope of work includes:

• NEET UG & PG rank analysis and private medical college shortlisting based on cutoff trends.
• Transparent fee structure explanation and eligibility verification for state & deemed quota seats.
• Official state counseling portal registration, choice filling assistance, and document verification guidance.
• Management and NRI quota seat counseling support in 100% legal compliance with university guidelines.

Note: Education Odisha is an independent admission advisory consultancy. Final seat allotment decisions rest solely with official counseling bodies (e.g., OJEE, WBMCC, UPDGME, MCC) and respective university authorities.

3. Acceptable Use

When interacting with Education Odisha, you agree not to:

• Submit forged academic marksheets, false NEET scorecard credentials, or misleading information.
• Harass or behave inappropriately towards our counseling desk advisors.
• Reproduce, copy, or redistribute our proprietary college cutoff reports or admission guides without prior written permission.
• Use unauthorized scripts or automated tools to scrape content from our site.

4. Eligibility & Accounts

Our counseling services are intended for students who have appeared or are preparing for NEET UG/PG exams, and their parents or legal guardians. Form submissions for students under 18 must be submitted with parent consent.

5. Counseling Disclaimer

Our seat predictions and college recommendations are data-backed estimates derived from previous years' official counseling cutoff trends. While we maintain a high success record, seat allotments depend dynamically on candidate merit ranks, category cutoffs, and counseling round seat matrix updates.

6. Counseling Fees & Payments

Initial admission guidance and eligibility check calls with Education Odisha consultants are free of charge. Where specialized counseling packages apply (such as personalized choice filling or NRI quota paperwork assistance), all terms and professional fees are explicitly shared in writing beforehand. All payments must be made strictly via official digital payment channels.

7. Refund & Cancellation Policy

We maintain a fair and transparent refund policy for paid counseling packages:

• Cancellation within 7 Days: If you cancel your counseling registration within 7 days of payment prior to the commencement of choice filling services, a 100% refund is issued.
• Partial Refund: If counseling services have commenced and initial college shortlisting has been delivered, partial refunds will be calculated based on unrendered service stages.
• Non-Refundable Expenses: Government counseling registration fees, university application fees, and official processing charges remitted to third-party bodies are strictly non-refundable.
• Processing Time: Approved refunds are credited back to your original source account within 7 to 10 working days.

8. Intellectual Property

All website design elements, Education Odisha branding, cutoff guides, and content are the intellectual property of Education Odisha. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial distribution is prohibited.

9. Communications & Consent

By submitting your contact details on our website, you authorize Education Odisha advisors to reach out to you via phone calls, SMS, email, or WhatsApp regarding NEET counseling alerts, merit list updates, and seat availability. We operate strictly between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM IST.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Indian law, Education Odisha shall not be held liable for indirect losses or seat allotment rejections resulting from candidate non-compliance with state counseling authority deadlines or changes in official government seat policies.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.

12. Changes to Terms

Education Odisha reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or counseling services following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
